Harley Davidson appoints Sanjeev Rajasekharan as Managing Director

According to media reports, Sanjeev Rajasekharan has been appointed as Managing Director of Harley Davidson India effective immediately. 

He was previously associated with two-wheeler manufacturer Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited, a subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, where he was responsible for driving growth in market share.

Prior to Suzuki, he served as Panasonic India's Deputy Divisional Managing Director (channel and retail). He also played an instrumental role in setting up and developing Electrolux's India (PE Electronics Limited) operations as COO of the company. Rajasekharan has also worked at BlowPlast, Onida thereafter moving to Samsung, where he spent a decade as Head of Home Appliances Division.
