HexaHealth stands up in the support of Doctors - #DoctorsDeserveBetter

HexaHealth, a health-tech start-up that provides invaluable support to patients facing prospective surgery, has launched its latest campaign that stands in support with doctors - #DoctorsDeserveBetter on National Doctors Day. HexaHealth always puts their patients as priority, supporting them throughout their surgery journeys with compassion & understanding, backed by expert medical knowledge.

A study by Indian Medical Association (IMA) study reveals that 75% of doctors have faced violence at some point in their careers. Considering the alarming situation, approximately 23 Indian states have passed a law to protect healthcare professionals – the Protection of Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention to Violence and Damage to Property) Act 2008. However, not even 10% of the cases filed under this Act make it to the courts and 57.7% of doctors have thought of hiring security in their premises.
