How India Inc. is rallying around and upping the philanthropic efforts
Not all COVID warriors are fighting the virus from the frontlines. There is a sizeable force that has rallied together to join in the battle from the back end. With the country facing the devastation of the second COVID-19 wave, India Inc. has risen up to the occasion and has stepped up in the fight against the virus and also to fortify the relief efforts.
These efforts range from fundraising and contributing to public relief funds to partnering with state and federal government to supply oxygen to those who need it the most. It is not just big corporates and conglomerates that have taken charge, but even start-ups and SMEs are doing their bit to pitch in for the fight against the virus.
Adgully’s premier #TwitterChat this week (Friday, May 21) will turn the spotlight on ‘Philanthropy in times of pandemic crisis – Industry shows the way’. The discussions will revolve around different companies’ approach to philanthropy and relief efforts. How the organisation’s culture influences its philanthropic vision? Lastly, how this vision is executed in collaboration with institutional partners?
