'Human Target' to Premier on WB

People have secrets, and secrets can be dangerous but nobody deserves to die, believes Christopher Chance - a mysterious security agent for hire, adept at assuming new identities, a unique private contractor who will stop at nothing ' even if it means becoming a human target ' to keep his clients alive. Using the popular DC Comics title as a springboard for riveting and intelligent action and adventure, Human Target provides a thrill ride with no clear boundaries as it premieres on WB, on Saturday, 11 September at 8:00 p.m.

Commenting on the launch of Human Target, Monica Tata, Vice President and Deputy General Manager, Entertainment Networks, South Asia, Turner International India said, "As 'THE' Hollywood television destination in India - WB is delighted to premiere yet another engaging and top of the line drama series- Human Target. Produced and created by some of the best talent in Hollywood, WB viewers in India are sure to get hooked onto this riveting series."

A full-throttle, action drama series from executive producers McG (also executive producer for Supernatural, Chuck and directed Terminator Salvation) and Simon West (Con Air, Tomb Raider), Human Target stars Mark Valley (Fringe, Boston Legal, The Siege, Once and Again) as Christopher Chance; Chi McBride (Pushing Daisies; Boston Public; I, Robot; House, M.D.; The Terminal) as Winston and Academy Award nominee Jackie Earle Haley (The Nightmare on Elm Street, Watchmen, Little Children, All the King's Men) as Guerrero.

The drama centers on Chance - resourceful, driven and compelled by a force known only to him, this take-charge antihero will barter his services for an aged bottle of scotch, much to the chagrin of his shadowy associates. If someone is threatened or a life is in danger ¦ leave it to Chance.

If you're a corporate manager whose disgruntled employee has gone violently off the deep end, Chance is your new auditor. If you're the president of a bank who's been tipped off to a potential heist, Chance is your unassuming bank teller¦¦others may not notice him, but nothing goes unnoticed by Chance. Assisted in these high-stakes missions by his best friend and business manager Winston and the tech-savvy, associate/hired gun, Guerrero whose allegiances seem as fluid as quicksilver, Chance puts himself directly in the line of fire, racing against the clock before his client's time runs out. But does anyone know who Chance really is or what secrets lay buried in his past? What would make a man willingly become a human target? Find out this September only on WB!
