Indigo Consulting to handle social media duties of Loop Mobile

Loop Mobile, Mumbai’s Nonstop Network, has appointed Indigo Consulting for its social media initiatives. The agency's mandate includes tapping social media platforms to engage the relevant audience as well as online reputation management for the brand. This is an extension of responsibilities as it means a continuation of current website management duties of Loop Mobile by Indigo. As of date, Loop Mobile has over 1 lakh fans on Facebook.
 
As part of its mandate, Indigo Consulting will exploit platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, along with other applications and new technology to help connect the online and offline activities of the brand. The agency will play a key role in creating online buzz about Loop Mobile positioning of the brand as Mumbai’s Nonstop Network, manage expectations effectively and build engagement apart from creating buzz on brand. Indigo Consulting  will also look at leveraging Facebook and Twitter as an extension of the brands online customer service to update, communicate and enhance conversations with customers.
