INS regularises accreditation of R.K. Swamy in changed name

The Indian Newspaper Society (INS) has regularised accreditation of R.K. Swamy in changed name. R.K. Swamy BBDO Pvt Ltd will now be known in the changed name of R.K. Swamy Private Limited.

The agency had requested the Society for regularisation of its accreditation in the changed name with the name and style of “R.K. Swamy Private Limited”.

INS considered the request of the agency and has decided to regularise the accreditation of the subject agency in the changed name with Srinivasan K. Swamy, Narasimhan K. Swamy and Sangeetha Narasimhan as Directors with the name and style of “R.K. Swamy Private Limited”, subject to the agency complying with the requirements of the Society.

In a circular issued, INS stated, “In view of compliance, the accreditation of the agency has been regularised in the changed name with the name and style of “R.K. Swamy Private Limited”, w.e.f. March 31, 2023.”

“Member publications are requested to take note of the above position and accord all privileges of Accreditation to the above mentioned agency w.e.f. March 31, 2023,” INS directed its member publications.
