Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa season 7 to air soon on Colors

Make way for some glamorous dancing on television! Following its successful run for six seasons, the celeb dance show Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa (JDJ), is now heading towards seventh season on Colors. JDJ, a BBC Worldwide Productions property in India, is expected to soon air the seventh season, expectedly replacing the on-going show Khatron Ke Khiladi.

Sources confirmed that the show will have the same panel to judge the show which includes, Karan Johar, Madhuri Dixit and Remo D’souza.

The most anticipating aspect of the show is the mix of contents the show has. The upcoming season’s list of celebrity participants includes S. Sreesanth (former Indian cricketer), Sophie Choudry (The multi- tasker VJ, singer, actress and musician), Purab Kohli (Model turned actor), Mouni Roy (Last seen as Sati in mythological show Devon Ke Dev....Mahadev), Kritika Kamra (Lead of Kuch Toh Log Kahetnge and Kitani Mohabbat Hai), Kiku Sharda (of FIR fame and currently plays Palak in Comedy Nights with Kapil), VJ Andy (The former Bigg Boss contestant, a dancer and a fashion stylist), Shakti Mohan (Dance India Dance winner and presently acting in Dill Dosti Dance), Sukhwinder  Singh (Indian Singer and Bollywood playback artist), Akshat Singh (of India’s Got Talent fame), Ashish Sharma (Major Rudra Pratap Ranawat of Rangrasiya), Karan Tacker (of Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, Rang Badalti Odhani and Love Ne Mila Di Jodi fame), Puja Banerjee (played Parvati in Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev).

Like every season, JDJ 7 also comes with its own twists and turns. While Ranvir Shorey, currently a participant with Khataron Ke Khiladi will step into the shoes of Manish Paul as the host for the season, his partner, replacing Kapil Sharma is yet to be known. Reports say that Ranvir may get a lady beside him to host the season.
