Komli Media elevates Prashant Mehta as CEO

Komli Media, Asia Pacific's leading digital media network platform, today announced that current Chief Operating Officer (COO), Prashant Mehta, will become Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Komli Media Board of Directors. Amar Goel, previously CEO and Chairman, will continue his role as Chairman of the Board. In his new role as CEO, Mehta will lead all operational, financial and strategic areas of the business globally.

Prashant Mehta was appointed as the COO of Komli Media in December 2008. In this position, he was responsible for sales, marketing, business development, and operations. He has been instrumental in building a strong team and culture and has significantly deepened relationships with many of the leading agencies, advertisers and publishers. As a result, Komli Media's revenues have grown over 600% during his tenure. Further, under his leadership, the Company has expanded its global footprint by developing scalable industry leading solutions. He also led Komli Media's acquisitions of PostClick (Australia) and Indoor Media (United Kingdom) in 2010.
