Kotak General Insurance launches #WhatsOnYourMind campaign

Recent studies on use of social media and mental health bring out its paradox. While social media has helped young people to stay connected and broaden their horizons, it comes with a cost. Excessive use of social media is affecting self-esteem, creating FOMO, leading to depression and mood-related disorders. Taking cognizance of this, Kotak Mahindra General Insurance Co. The objective of the campaign is to encourage users to reflect their true feelings, unmask their emotions as a first step to self-care and instead have real conversations on social media. The campaign highlights the importance of opening up and sharing.

As part of the campaign, Kotak General Insurance will be releasing a short digital video, and hosting an Instagram live panel discussion around the importance of unmasking one’s feelings, and how it can lead to a healthy mind.
