MSLGROUP India unveils report 'E-commerce in India: Evolution, Growth & Challenges'

MSLGROUP India, Publicis Groupe’s flagship strategic communications and engagement company and the largest Public Relations and social media network in India, today announced its latest executive report on ‘E-commerce in India: Evolution, Growth and Challenges.’ The report was launched and its findings discussed at an industry event in association with MSLGROUP India, on the 8th June.
 
The Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) estimates that India’s e-commerce market is growing 70% every year. The report unravels and shares insights on this e-commerce story in India, detailing how the industry’s growth on the back of a fast-multiplying internet population is changing the way many Indians are shopping and impacting how businesses function.
 
‘E-commerce in India: Evolution, Growth and Challenges’ highlights the opportunities for companies operating or looking to operate within India’s e-commerce market including:

The industry forum in association with MSLGROUP India, focused on ‘E-Commerce Branding,’ bringing together a distinguished panel including: Kaushal Sarda, Chief Evangelist, Kuliza; Rahul Khanna, Managing Director, Cannan; Akshay Mehrotra, Chief Marketing Officer, Policy Bazaar; Kashyap Vadapalli, Chief Marketing Officer, eBay India and Narendra Nag, General Manager, 2020 Social MSLGROUP India.
 
The panel discussion highlighted the influence and importance of creative engagement with customers through social media, and the opportunity mobile phone marketing presents brands in the e-commerce space. The panelists also shared their views on an integrated communications approach that spans a consumer’s initial experience of a brand to post-purchase customer service, and how this is integral to establishing brand loyalty.
