Mudra bags recognition at HRM Congress awards run by ASCENT

After winning the International level awards at the Asia Pac summit for the world congress, the innovative and ground breaking HR practices of Mudra have once again received recognition at the HRM Congress awards run by ASCENT in Bangalore. Out of the 6 categories that Mudra applied for, they have won awards in five. Mudra's OD (organization development) TEAM won the top award in the -Institution building, organization with innovative HR practices, outstanding contribution to the cause of education. While Ajit Menon, Executive Director, Organisation Development, Mudra Group won the 'Exemplary Leader' award at the Asia Pac level early this year, Rita Verma (VP-OD) won the HR Leader of the year award and Mandar Hublikar (Manager- OD) won the young HR professional of the year award.

This is the fifth consecutive year that Mudra OD TEAM has been bagging awards. Over the years the number of awards has only increased and Mudra recently was ranked number 18 in the employer of choice list for India.

This year also the awards drew entries from the top corporate houses.

Commenting on this win, Ajit Menon, Executive Director, Organisation Development, Mudra Group, said, ""Mudra Group has no competition in the marketing and communication's industry as far as the people initiatives are concerned. We are now seen as an organization which has HR practices, culture and values of an international organization. We have to work at it till we reach the top 10 "employer of choice" companies.
