#MyOpinionCounts - a Voice for Change; Merakii celebrates Women above labels

Merakii Breaking typecast and handcuffs of Opinion, size, shape, colour, choices preferred by women, launches its latest campaign, #MyOpinionCounts- a Voice for Change. Merakii believes and strongly emphasises the fact that women are above labels. This new campaign is a step towards promoting this core belief of the brand.

Women are often subjected to judgements at every point in their lives- whether it is their Opinion, appearance, career choice or even lifestyle. With this campaign, the organization celebrates and embraces women, their varied preferences and hopes to encourage people across the country to follow the same.

Bhagyashree Singh, Director-Merakii motivates the women of today with her thought- “This is who I am. Nobody said you had to like it or fake it. My opinion counts, voice for chang. Merakii is an organization for the women, by the women and of the women. This International Womens Day, we are delighted to launch the campaign#MyOpinionCounts that promotes women empowerment”. The basic idea behind the campaign was to come up with women whose voices and opinions were not heard and suppressed.

With a team of women employees, #MyOpinionCounts is a campaign that stresses upon the rebellious voices of opinions of women which go unheard. Today, we stand with every woman to tell a story with all its heart and life experience. We, through this campaign stand here strong to make everyone understand that each and every opinion counts and is important irrespective of the gender.
