Nakul Saxena Joins LetsVenture As Head of Fund Strategy & Investor Relations

LetsVenture, a full-stack private marketplace that helps in facilitating fundraising for startups, today announced the appointment of industry veteran Nakul Saxena as part of its leadership team. Nakul joins LetsVenture from Amazon Web Services where he was part of the Public sector team focusing on  Startups, Incubators & Impact VC's. Prior to that Nakul was a Director-Policy at iSPIRT where he spearheaded Startup policies with centre and states especially on pivotal issues such as Angel Tax, National Software Product Policy and Listing of Startups in India, Improving Ease of doing conditions for Startups, IndiaStack and other measures which helped government procurement processes for Indian startups.

An industry veteran with over 24 years of experience in Policy Advocacy, Banking and  Airline sectors, with companies like AWS, iSPIRT, Indusind, RBS, Standard Chartered Bank, Carlson Hotels, Jet Airways, Nakul has also been part of executive committees and boards of government bodies like Chief Minister Start-Up Council for Rajasthan, Technical Committee on Digital Yatra and Drones stack with Ministry of Civil Aviation, focusing policy interplay with technological innovation and socio-economic development using India Stack. 

At LetsVenture Nakul will be leading and building the Investor side of the marketplace for early stage business which involves individual investors, microfunds as well as Fund-As-A-Service provided by LetsVenture (private syndicates where groups of investors use LetsVenture infra to do investment). Nakul will also be working closely with regulators and policymakers, on need basis to help with the right investor policies  to help build the ecosystem as well as help LetsVenture launch Micro Funds In India that will focus on  ESG,  Health, Bharat, AgriTech and Deep Tech startups. In addition to this Nakul will also help LetsVenture to access International investors as well

Nakul will be working closely with Shanti and the early stage team at LetsVenture  in redefining portfolio management for Private Investors for Startups through a need-based and risk- reward focused outlook of the Investors. 

In parallel to this, Nakul will work towards expanding the investor base from the current 10,000 to 1 Million in the next three years from Indian and Global Angels and enhance  the product offerings for investors and startups.
