In the current competitive environment where marketing & communication ownership lines have blurred, creative is a very important peg. Nikhil's zeal and zest will help the organisation strengthen its progressive work culture, working as a catalyst in achieving our global growth goals."

Nikhil Sarna, National Creative Director, #ARM World Wide, "I am really excited about my new role at Arm Worldwide. For me what matters is people, and when I met the leadership team for the first time I was really impressed by the enthusiasm these guys have - Ritesh, Abhishek, Manas and Honey. The way they’ve grown the company in such a short span of time is commendable and they even have a clear vision for the future. They've got the right attitude and right vision to grow, which is I think a great combination. I felt connected with them during our first interaction only and I thought to myself that this will work! Without giving it a second thought, I'd decided to join!

As far as my role is concerned, being a quality conscious guy and having experience for more than 15 years in creating UI/UX strategies & design solutions for various small/big clients across categories, I’ll be bringing in my expertise in getting new creative businesses, improving the overall quality of our creative product, setting up new processes and expanding the team which is future ready.

Although we have some strong clientele, our aim is to get some big ones on board and have a diversified list.

So, in a nutshell, the journey looks challenging yet exciting. We #ARManions are looking forward to quick results now."
