PTI ropes in Venky Venkatesh as CEO

Venky Venkatesh has been appointed the new Chief Executive Officer of Press Trust of India. He joins in from HT Media, where he was Chief Learning Officer.

It is learnt that Venkatesh will take charge from MK Razdan, Editor-in-Chief and CEO, who has been the editorial in-charge for almost two decades.

Venkatesh was earlier with Hindustan Unilever for 26 years, where he held various senior leadership positions across sales and marketing.
