Ray-Ban studios celebrates music at magnetic fields nomads

The history of music is not just made by great artists, but also music revelers who come together in front of the stage to become one, all sharing the same passion, following the rhythm of the same beat. Building on its past association with Magnetic Fields, this year Ray-Ban Studios is gearing up for ‘Magnetic Fields Nomads’, the first-ever edition of a retreat celebrating local excellence in music, arts, wellness and food.  The three-day, open-air gathering of community of musicians and artists will be held from March 19-21, 2021 in Ranthambore.

Ray-Ban Studios will be present in various forms throughout this magical getaway. Find them at intimate yet experiential corners, a dazzling outdoor stage in the day - Ray-Ban Studios Pool Party and an underground stage by night - Ray-Ban Studios Den.

Ray-Ban Studios Pool Party: Nothing says Summer, like a Pool Party

Saturday & Sunday | Noon to sunset

This is a day programming for the weekend from noon till sunset. Come lie in a cabana, bring out that sunscreen and soak in some Vitamin D(isco) or dance to the tropical sounds of most exciting DJs as you cool down with a specialty cocktail from one of the poolside bars. Disco and house music collective Dynamite Disco Club will be leading the party poolside where Bangalore-based DJ and producer Unnayaana will bring his bag of South-Asian and African-influenced tunes alongside the disco stylings of DDC founder and Kochi-based DJ, Stalvart John, and lawyer-and-DJ Carissa. Delhi’s Girls Night Out will also be out on his second outing of the weekend. These will be glorious days.

Ray-Ban Studios Den: The Afterhours joint

Unleash your wild side at the Ray-Ban Studios Den every night till wee hours of the morning. Inspired by the forest and the predators that call it home, this is the heart of Nomads. Let your hair down, Groove to some of the finest from the underground music scene like Shireen, Chhabb, NASH, DJ MoCity, Spacejams and a very special set from Delhi-based party starters MadStarBase. 

Founded in 1937, Ray-Ban has a deep-rooted connection to music. Bob Dylan was rarely seen without his Ray-Ban Wayfarers in the sixties, Ray Charles was a dyed in the wool Ray-Ban fan, and the brand’s musical legacy was affirmed by the Ray-Ban Wayfarer-toting Blues Brothers in the early 80s.
