Shailee Sanghvi new COO of Percept Talent Management

Finally Percept Talent Management has got some relief as the company has got a new COO. Shailee Sanghvi has taken the charge as COO and taken over the position vacated by Vinita Bangard. But Vinita will continue till her term ends in April 30, 2010.

After two senior level resignations Vinita Bangard and Manish Porwal, Shailee comes as a relief for the company.

Prior to this Shailee was at the post of associate vice-president. She had joined the company in January 2003. At the time of joining the company Shailee was responsible for the sales and marketing portfolio of corporate, along with the celebrity management and relationship management role.
