Slice launches a program for non-employees & win iPhone

This April Fool’s Day, slice, one of India’s leading payments start-up for the youth, will not be pranking anyone. Instead, the millennial & gen z focused fintech has launched a new and one-of-a-kind referral program that allows non-slice employees to refer candidates to the company and win an Apple iPhone 12 worth INR 80,000

This particular referral program is focused on supporting slice’s iOS team expansion. The company is looking for multiple iOS developers with 3-8 years of experience to join their technology team. In this role, the developer will work closely with design, product, data science, and analytics teams to build cutting-edge solutions focused on the financial needs of India’s youth. While this referral program has always been in place for slice employees, the company has now extended it to the public to incentivize them to help the start-up grow.

Rajan Bajaj, Founder & CEO, slice, said, “At slice, we are building a product that is extremely innovative and challenges the age-old norms set by traditional players in the financial industry. I strongly believe that great talent is the biggest differentiator & strength of an organization and we are focused on building a culture where every single employee feels like they have accomplished something noteworthy at the end of each day. By expanding our referral program outside the organization, we hope to create more awareness about our product & vision to attract talent that truly wants to do some path-breaking work.”

The referral program:

  • Referrers to fill this form with all necessary information to be eligible for the referral program
  • In the case of multiple referrals of the same candidate, only the first one will be considered.
  • If your referral clears all rounds and is selected, you stand a chance to take home a brand-new Apple iphone12 as a referral reward.
  • The referrer will receive the iPhone 12 once the candidate joins the company
