Star TV India bags 4 awards at Yahoo! Big Idea Chair Award 2011 for its path-breaking campaigns for "Star Movies' & "FOX Crime India'

The second edition of the Yahoo! Big Idea Chair awards took place at a power-packed evening in Delhi yesterday. Star TV India, the leading Media and Entertainment Company in India walked away with four gold out of nine categories, including the much sought after Yahoo! Big Idea Chair Awards for the "Photographs Case' on FOX Crime and the James Bond Campaign on Star Movies.

Out of nine categories in total, Star TV India was commended with Digital 360 Award & Yahoo Big Idea Chair Awards for the Photographers Case on FOX Crime and Best Use of Display Advertising & Best Use of Technology Award for the James Bond Campaign on Star Movies

The Yahoo! Big Idea Chair Award which was a part of the Effie's until last year, held their first standalone event in Delhi this year. Star TV India saw unprecedented applause by winning most of the awards across varied categories. "James Bond Campaign' created frenzy amongst Bond fans on the digital platform and gave them the unique opportunity to play Bond. The campaign for STAR Movies was executed by Tribal DDB India, the digital agency for Star Movies, and helped create a highly engaging property to generate buzz around the campaign.

On the other hand, the "Photographers Case Campaign' for FOX Crime, crafted and executed by Ogilvy one Worldwide was the channels first ever mass media awareness campaign. The campaign that was showcased over a period of 4 weeks gave viewers a unique opportunity to solve a crime mystery using a series of clues which was digitally led and thus captivating and engaging the channel's niche audience, across the key metros.
