Sterling Gera Residence picks TBWA\India its creative partner

Sterling Gera Residence, a joint entity between Sterling Developers Bangalore and Gera Developments Pune, has chosen TBWA\Bangalore as its communication partner following a multi-agency pitch.

The agency’s first mandate is to launch the Varthur Lake project in Bangalore, the company’s upcoming maiden venture.

Confirming the news, Rohit Gera, Managing Director, Sterling Gera Residence, said, “The residential real-estate space in Bangalore is quite challenging with many established and new players launching new properties on a regular basis. We are venturing into this competitive market with an offering unlike any the Bangalore market has yet witnessed. We were looking for an agency that would help us amplify this difference.
