Telegraph's first roadblock for J&J Acuvue

On 19th of February, the ABP Group executed its first advertising roadblock through its publication The Telegraph for J&J's Acuvue contact lenses.

The roadblock was carried out in the edition of T2, a 24-page tabloid distributed free with The Telegraph in Kolkata. T2 is the entertainment and lifestyle sub brand of The Telegraph. The roadblock was a collaborative effort between the Group's team, the client and the media agency OMD.

The roadblock was further supported by relevant editorial content to make it environment relevant to the target group. This first-time initiative from the ABP Group is part of the publishing house's constant endeavour to offer innovative solutions to clients' needs.

Dhruba Mukherjee, Associate Vice President, The Telegraph, confirmed this development and told Adgully, "The roadblock was targeted at the Eastern market and more specifically at Kolkata. It was hugely successful and was a value for money in terms of return on investment for our client." | By Prabha Hegde [prabha(at)adgully.com]
