Ten Cricket books record advertising for India's tour to South Africa

The "Number One ICC Test Team' rank will see a re-match to be telecast Live & Exclusive on Ten Cricket channel as India tour South Africa for a series of 3 Test Matches, 1 ' T20 and 5 ODIs, starting December 16, 2010.

Ten Cricket is penetrated in to maximum cable and satellite homes across India and is available on all the leading DTH operators promising a prime time feast to the fans, with 21 days of Live India Cricket in the series.

Joy Chakraborthy, Chief Revenue Officer & Head Niche Channels, ZEEL said: "This is "India's Final Frontier' and will decisively stamp India's authority with a series win in South Africa. Sachin Tendulkar is poised on to his 50th Test Century; Further Prime Time T20 games and 5 ODIs right before the World Cup will make this a keenly viewed series''.

Chakraborthy added, "We have signed up 12 sponsors ' Tata Docomo, Hero Honda and Micromax are the co-sponsors and the others are IDBI Federal Life Insurance, Maruti Suzuki, Colgate, Berger, Religare Enterprises Ltd., Manappuram Gold Loan, Aditya Birla Group and I Ball. This is a record of sorts, with advertising bookings in excess of Rs. 130 crores for the series. Ten Cricket is already booked to capacity inventory and there is a continuing demand."
