Verve Media Launches “Har Broker Ka Saathi” Campaign

Verve Media launched the “Har Broker Ka Saathi” campaign for Syndicate by PropertyPistol, a modern tech-based platform developed for brokers to smoothen the selling process. The brand wanted a campaign that reaches out to brokers around the country and raises awareness about its new platform. The challenge was to achieve this while keeping the overall tone light-hearted in order to keep the content relatable.

Verve Media added an amusing twist to this idea by conceptualizing 3 brand films that built the character of Manav Mehta, aka Mehtaji, as a modern broker registered on the Syndicate platform. The agency roped in Kunal Kumar to be the face of this character.  The films are also backed by teasers that will be posted on the brand's social media channels.

The storyline of these films revolves around 3 brokers, two of which are struggling to maintain their brokerage business due to the problems that the traditional process brings. The protagonist (Mehtaji), on the other hand, is managing his leads and generating revenue easily. The catchphrase - “Kaise Kar Lete Ho Mehtaji” aims to capture the frustration of the 2 brokers in a quirky way.
