Using a global flight tracking service that provides real-time information of thousands of flights through several sources, the outdoor media agency filters the data of every domestic flight taking off and landing at Mumbai airport. As a flight takes off or prepares for touchdown, it is captured right above the billboard, and the software relays its real-time flight details. Following the LIVE update, the billboard reads - ‘THIS COULD BE YOUR FLIGHT’.
The Mumbai airport handles approximately 900 flights on a daily basis, not just making it one of busiest airports in India but also providing the perfect opportunity to interact with consumers directly.
Syncing media to real-time flight details has been achieved for the very first time; this innovation lights up the sky, wowing the awestruck onlooker.
