Zee Action premieres 'Teen Patti' on 24th October

Zee Action presents the World Television Premiere of ‘Teen Patti’ on Saturday, 24^th October at 8 PM. The stellar casting of Teen Patti includes the legendary Amitabh Bachchan, Oscar Award winning actor Sir Ben Kingsley, the versatile actor R. Madhavan and  the debut of Shraddha Kapoor. An action thriller, Teen Patti revolves around the central theme about gambling and the various risks that we take in our lives and their repercussions.

‘The earth provides enough to satisfy every man's need, but not every man's greed’ and this is exactly the narrative director Leena Yadav aimed at with the film. Teen Patti narrates the story of Venkat Subhramaniam (Amitabh Bachchan), an Indian professor of mathematics and a reclusive genius who meets Perci Trachtenberg (Ben Kingsley) who is widely regarded as the world's greatest living mathematician, at a high rolling casino in London. Venkat has cracked a theory that could redefine the principles of probability and randomness. He talks with a younger professor Shantanu (R. Madhavan) about his theory and tells him to get three students to try out this experiment in a card game called Teen Patti. Shantanu arranges three students — a college rockstar Sid (Siddharth Kher), a studious geek Aparna (Shraddha Kapoor) and a boy next door Vikku (Dhruv Ganesh).

But what starts out as an experiment between Shantanu and an eccentric Venkat soon descends into a game neither of them can control. The movie also features cameo performances by Jackie Shroff, Ajay Devgn, Tinnu Anand and Shakti Kapoor.
