Zee Marathi to launch new season of its popular show ‘Home Minister’, titled ‘Mahaminister’

Zee Marathi continues to be the most popular channel among the television audiences in Maharashtra for over 22 years. The channel has a rich legacy of offering the most entertaining fiction and non-fiction shows for their beloved audience. Amongst the most engaging content formats introduced by the channel is ‘Home Minister’, its longest running and extremely popular game show which has received immense love not only from Maharashtra but also from audiences across India. The show has visited thousands of homes across the nation and gave a golden chance to all the Vahini (Sister-in-Law) to win a 'Paithani' sitting at home. Over the years, the 'Paithani' has become synonymous with ‘Home Minister’ and winning the 'Paithani' a symbol of great pride and honour. Taking this concept, a notch higher, Zee Marathi is all set to introduce a new season of ‘Home Minister’.Titled ‘Mahaminister’, the new season will premiere on the channel on 11^th April 2022, with a one-hour episode every day. That’s not all, the winner of this season will also get a ‘paithani’ that is worth Rs. 11 lakhs. Yes, you heard it right. ‘Paithani’ with pure gold ‘zari’ will be given to the winner.  

‘Mahaminister’ will take place in the various cities of Maharashtra. Every week there will be a winner and all the winners will compete in the season finale to win the ‘paithani’ of 11 lakhs. The channel recently released the promo of the show, and it has generated a lot of curiosity amongst the viewers. Even the host of the show Adesh Bandekar can’t contain his happiness for the upcoming season.
