Air India is all set for a big OOH bang

The national carrier "Air India' is all set to woo the flyers by taking major outdoor space on highways and expressways in Mumbai.

The tender document posted on Air India Website says "Air India requires illuminated prominent hoarding sites with clear and long visibility with no obstructions on main arterial roads on Western corridor till Inorbit Mall, Malad & on the Eastern corridor till Thane"

This seems to be the turnaround plan of Air India after it posted losses to the tune of Rs 5,500 Cr in last financial year.

Airline currently has 18% market share and with this branding exercise it's clear that the airline is aiming high to gain market share.
