Amrit Baid joins Mercedes-Benz AG as customer experience manager

Amrit Baid will assume the role of Head of Marketing and Customer Journey at Mercedes-Benz starting from February 1, 2024.

Currently part of the Region Overseas Marketing team at Mercedes-Benz Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur, Baid will succeed Pradeep Srinivas, who is transitioning to a global role as Manager Digital Marketing Solutions & Data Analytics at Mercedes-Benz AG Headquarters.

Commencing his career with Mercedes-Benz India in 2013 through the CAReer program, Baid has successfully executed numerous brand campaigns, supported product launches, and introduced various digital products and innovations in India.

In 2021, he joined the Region Overseas Marketing team in Malaysia, focusing on Digital Customer Experience. Baid significantly enhanced customer experience by optimizing digital touchpoints and played a key role in auditing and improving customer journeys for marketing teams across various regions Overseas. Additionally, he actively contributed to supporting marketing teams in several countries adopting the new 'Direct to Customer' business model.
