Apollo Hospitals’ Doctor’s Day campaign acknowledges untiring round-the-clock care given by medicos

Apollo Hospitals, Asia's foremost integrated healthcare services provider, celebrated National Doctor’s Day with a digital led campaign on how a doctor’s day includes the night. The campaign applauds and honors the dedication of all doctors as they work tirelessly to heal and cure. Released across all of Apollo’s social media platforms, the campaign focusses on the dedication and untiring efforts that doctors put in day and night round-the-clock to meet the demands of this noble profession. The digital film that was part of the campaign garnered over 6.5 million impressions in 48 hours of being launched.

Dr. Nandini Ali, Head – Brand & Marcom, Apollo Hospitals said, “Apollo Hospitals owes its trust and reputation to the complete dedication of it’s over 11,000 doctors. They are there for their patients come what may. While the world rests at night, recharges, re-energizes, doctors are at a patient’s bedside. They are the heroes that bring hope, while turning their own lives upside down and putting their health at stake so others can enjoy good health.

“Putting patients before family with no concept of a work-life balance, their selfless efforts are worthy of appreciation and applause. With this campaign, we thank our doctors, and bring to the fore the truth about this profession that a doctor’s day includes the night!”

Comprising a film, e-mailers and various other collaterals that showcase the efforts a doctor puts in to heal and cure patients, the campaign emphasizes how doctors dedicate themselves day and night for patient care. The film highlights how they work at all hours without an eye on the clock committed to seeing patients through the darkest night.

Spotlighting the contribution that doctors make to health and to humanity, the campaign appreciates them for what often goes unappreciated – the long, and demanding hours of service that they put in. The campaign has garnered huge engagement and appreciation from the doctors, the patient community, and the community at large.
