 The home's colour palette is intentionally composed of beiges and creams, expressing the desire for textures evoking a sense of uniqueness. From rare finds to artistic elements, every corner of this place tells a story of his refined taste.

 Karan adds,“A home has to be in conjunction with your aesthetic and has to be practical for movement. Every house knows all your relationships, secrets, and happiness. Your walls know everything.”

 The living room, the heart of Karan's home, embodies his love for extravagance and the delight of hosting people. Three lounging areas invite guests to relax and a well-stocked bar reflects Karan's passion for celebrating life's moments, big or small. The lavish dining space with a mosaic painting and a modern dining table, a harmonious blend of onyx, wood and marble makes it a perfect reflection of Karan’s taste and choices.

 A wrap-around patio adorned with lush ferns, creates a jungle-like atmosphere as it seamlessly connects with the interior through cleverly placed windows.

 Speaking about the patio, he shares, “The element of blue runs right through this part of the house. With these massive huge urns that have a lot of greenery, you literally feel you're in some kind of Amazonian jungle. There's greenery coming at you from everywhere.”

 Navigating through his bedroom reveals the concealed "run-in closet," where Karan curates his sartorial fashion choices. This is where the ingenuity of clothing intersects with design, culminating in a space that effortlessly combines functionality with style.
