Bharti Airtel elevates Shashwat Sharma to COO

Bharti Airtel has announced the elevation of Shashwat Sharma to the role of Chief Operating Officer, as per the company's official website and filings submitted to the Bombay Stock Exchange. In this recent round of changes, Shashwat Sharma takes over the role previously held by Sunil Taldar, who was the Director of Operations for the India Business and was responsible for leading the transformation efforts for the telecom company's Africa business.
