Bhaskar Das as President BCCL, Arunava Das Sharma to replace him

Replacing Dr.Das the company has roped in Arunava Das Sharma as Executive President, who was with Whirlpool US before this.

There was no official confirmation from BCCL. It is believed that the entire team was in Macau for an annual conference and that the announcement was made in the BCCL conference on April 4, 2011.

The BCCL revenue division handles sales of leading publications such as The Times of India, The Economic Times, the various regional publications such as Navbharat Times and Maharashtra Times. Late in January this year, BCCL announced its joint venture with Yogesh Radhakrishnan to form Media Network & Distribution (India) Ltd (MNDIL) and to launch "Prime Connect', a brand which will be an independent distribution platform, that will organize and distribute channels in India through various platforms viz. MSOs, DTH, IPTV and all emerging digital platforms across homes & commercial establishments.
