British D&AD features Aman Ki Asha from Taproot!

Taproot India's Aman Ki Asha (A Hope for Peace) for The Times of India has become the first ever campaign from India to feature in the British D&AD in the Integrated & Earned Media category this year.

This is the first ever integrated campaign from India to feature in probably the toughest and most prestigious award book in the world. For Taproot India, it is even more satisfying to have achieved this honour in only the second year since it set up shop. And this after becoming the only Indian agency to be ranked among Cannes Top 20 independent agencies in the world in its very first year.

Besides the Aman ki Asha campaign, Taproot India also has 3 other entries for Transasia Papers - Conqueror Paper in the Illustration category.

Commenting on this achievement Agnello Dias said "This is quite a singular honour as it is not merely for a single piece of inspired print, poster or television ad but for a sustained body of work done over more than a year and spans music concerts, literary festivals, trade meets and of course advertising - over 75 pieces in all. It is all the more creditable as even Lead India and Teach India had not managed to cut the grade at the D&AD."
