Facebook expands ways to export photos and videos

Last December, Facebook allowed users to export their photos and videos to Google Photos as a first step in their 'Data Portability Initiative. Now, Facebook allows users to transfer visual content to Dropbox and Koofr as well.

As a platform it’s important to offer options to users to be able to claim their content, especially with respect to industry competition and the capacity for users to move to other apps and tools. Facebook is also working on an option that allows your followers to view your 'Instagram Stories' on the Facebook app. This feature is being tested by a limited group of users.
