Free Press Journal launches 'Free Press For A Better Mumbai' brand campaign

The Free Press Journal, a cornerstone of Mumbai's media landscape for nearly 95 years, has unveiled its latest brand campaign - 'Free Press For A Better Mumbai.' The campaign underscores the newspaper's distinctive approach of advocating for the city and persistently addressing issues until constructive actions are taken to provide effective solutions.

This initiative will target readers through online media and include an outreach program at Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport's domestic terminal. Additionally, prominent billboards featuring the newspaper's unique emblem will be displayed. LadyFinger Creative Agency is the creative force behind the campaign.

The Free Press Journal, aiming to be more than just a recorder of events, has long strived to be a catalyst for change and progress in the city. Abhishek Karnani, Director of The Free Press Journal, stated, "Our new brand campaign succinctly encapsulates our mission of embracing responsibility as agents of change in our cherished city."

The company's new tagline, 'We See What Others Don’t,' is described not merely as a statement but as a promise. Karnani emphasized its significance, stating, "It symbolizes our commitment to uncover hidden stories, express unspoken fears, and address issues concerning our readers." The campaign aligns with the newspaper's legacy of responsible journalism and reinforces its vision for a better future for Mumbai.

Karnani highlighted that the ongoing and upcoming editorial initiatives will uphold this commitment, resonating with all citizens. Following a highly successful editorial campaign advocating for pothole-free roads in Mumbai, current and future campaigns aim to spark impactful conversations on public amenities, services, and the city's quality of life, including issues like air pollution and public transport.

Representatives of The Free Press Journal noted that the new initiative caters to the selective preferences of its readers, thereby fortifying the newspaper's mission to remain at the forefront of influential and accountable journalism in Mumbai.
