'Fursat Ke Pal' Zindagi ke sang har dopahar!

As the summer heats up and temperature soars… relax, unwind and beat the heat every afternoon with the latest shows on India’s No 1 Premium Channel – Zindagi, as it extends its programming to include the afternoon band from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm titled ‘Fursat Ke Pal’. With the introduction of shows that will grab every woman’s attention, Zindagi aims to entertain and engage its viewers in the afternoon. Starting 4th May, every Monday to Saturday, with the introduction of three shows - Nirmala Spice World at 1:00 pm, Simply Beautiful at 1:30 pm and Sasuraal Ki Galli at 2:00 pm.

Add some spice to your afternoons with Nirmala’s Spice World at 1:00 pm.  Hosted by the original ‘Mistress of Spices’ – Nirmala Narine, the show is a culinary adventure that will take you into a world of exotic spices from around the globe. She is armed with the knowledge of Ancient Indian arts of Holistic Cooking and Ayurvedic Healing passed down to her by her granddad. Every afternoon, Nirmala will open her secret cabinet to reveal ancient secrets of spices that for generations have transformed plain dishes into flavourful experiences. Each episode will be dedicated to one spice and not only unveil the secrets of how it flavours your food but also heals your body and mind.

At 1:30 PM, discover the secrets to natural living with award winning host Roni Proter on Simply Beautiful. Showcasing that beauty is not only skin deep, she will share natural beauty tips with viewers to help them feel and look their best, naturally.  Roni Proter explores simple, do-it-yourself healthy alternatives in the world of beauty, fashion and fitness.

At 2 PM, Sasural ki Galli, the new fiction series encapsulates the journey of self-discovery of a young girl Meenu that leads her to realize the true value of love and relationships.  In finding appreciation for the ties that exist, it explores the intricacies in building a sacred lifelong relationship in one’s marriage with love and mutual understanding.
