Grey bags the creative duties for Network 18!

Grey has bagged the creative mandate for the Network 18 group. Network18 Group is a media and entertainment company with interests in television, internet, films, e-commerce, magazines, mobile content and allied businesses. The agency's Mumbai branch will handle this business.
 
The Network 18 group operates news channels - CNBC-TV18, CNBC-TV18 Prime HD, CNBC Awaaz, CNN-IBN, IBN-7 and IBN-Lokmat (a Marathi regional news channel in partnership with the Lokmat group). TV18 also operates a joint venture with Viacom, called Viacom18, which houses a portfolio of popular entertainment channels – Colors, Colors HD, MTV, SONIC, Comedy Central, VH1 and Nick - and Viacom18 Motion Pictures.
 
A multi-agency pitch which saw the participation of a number of prominent agencies took place and Grey emerged as the winner. Grey’s communication campaign will focus on building the brand Network 18 and would be television based.
 
Grey also recently won the creative mandate for horizontal website In.com, a part of Web18, which is the digital arm of the Network18 group.
