Hathway appoints Tavinderjit Panesar as CEO

The board of directors of Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd on Monday named Tavinderjit Singh Panesar as the organisation's CEO, according to a BSE filing.
In the meantime, cable TV and fibre internet service provider Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd reported a combined net loss of Rs 14.61 crore on Monday for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2023.
In the quarter of January through March of the previous year, Hathway Cable & Datacom posted a net profit of Rs 28.42 crore.
Tavinderjit is a skilled professional with three decades of cross-functional expertise in management, strategic planning, distribution, business development, media and entertainment, and broadcasting.
In order to foster continuity and long-term growth, he helped firms define their missions and manage their resources properly.
He has supported various businesses in their growth processes. He has worked with organisations like ESPN Star Sports, Star India, Apollo Tyres, and JK Industries at various levels, helping them flourish in their respective areas. He holds a degree in commerce.
From December 8, 2014 to July 25, 2017, Tavinderjit was the CEO of Hathway Digital Limited, a subsidiary of the company.
