Havells appoints Airtel’s Shashi Arora as Llyod CEO

Havells India Limited has appointed Mr. Shashi Arora as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for company’s consumer durable brand Lloyd.  Mr. Arora brings with him experience of over 27 years across FMCG, Banking, Telecom and Media & Entertainment sectors. Prior to Havells he was of MD & CEO of Airtel Payments Bank, part of India’s leading telecom firm Bharti Airtel.

Apart from Airtel where he spent 12 years in key positions, Mr. Arora has navigated key leadership roles in Indian and multinational firms such as Kotak Mahindra Bank and Hindustan Unilever Ltd. With expertise in, strategic planning, brand strategy & management, distribution channel management, etc., he has a wealth of experience in managing independent business P&L.

A Gold-Medalist in PGDBM (Marketing) from XLRI, Jamshedpur he has also been part of various strategic management & leadership programs at MIT and Harvard Business School, Boston.
