Kalli Purie to be Executive Editor-in-Chief of India Today

Aroon Purie, Editor-in-Chief and India Today Group Chairman, has announced additional role of Executive Editor-in-Chief for his daughter and Vice-Chairperson Kalli Purie.

In a mail he has written: “As you all know, Kalli Purie has been successfully heading the business and editing domains for a while. In line with her role, I would like to announce an additional designation for her. I am designating her as Executive Editor In Chief in addition to being Vice Chairperson of the India Today Group. This will not require any operational change.”
Kelli Purie was named Vice-Chairperson of the group in October 2017.
