MOVIES NOW celebrates heroism & passion this Republic Day

MOVIES NOW offers a special salute this Republic Day, with ‘Badge of Courage’, powered by Coco Cola and in association with HDFC Life, to celebrate guts, glory and action with an array of all time Hollywood hit films like Iron Man,True Lies, Knight and Day, Quantum of Solace and Demolition Man from 9am till 9pm.

As the country gears up for its 64th year of being a republic country, it’s time to get set for a parade of Hollywood hits that exemplify courage, heroism and the spirit of freedom all day long.

The show starts off with Iron Man, an action-packed take on the tale of wealthy philanthropist Tony Stark essayed by the very handsome and versatile Robert Downey Jr. who develops an invulnerable robotic suit to fight the throes of evil. This is followed by one of the biggest hits of the 90’s True Lies starring Mr. Strong himself Arnold Schwarzenegger, seen as a secret agent for the United States Government and the charming Jamie Lee Curtis as his wife.  The favorites of many, Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz come in next in the slick espionage thriller Knight and Day followed by the ravishing Daniel Craig in the fast paced Bond thriller Quantum of Solace, all set to get your adrenaline pumping.

Lastly, witness another one of Sylvester Stallone’s classics, Demolition Man where he plays a no-nonsense cop who is brought out of his man-made stupor in prison to pursue an old enemy in a non-violent future society.
