A fitness influencer, Maanav Sukhija, featured in a video comparison between 'legends' and 'kids' playing cricket. The influencer, depicted as a 'legend,' was shown betting on the match outcome while enjoying Myfitness peanut butter, while the kids played cricket. The video lacked a disclosure label indicating its commercial nature, violating ASCI guidelines. Brands are required to disclose ads in the ad language or English, but some opt to vaguely label collaborations instead of clearly marking them as ads.
