RNI order for Circulation Verified under new SOP

The Registrar of Newspapers for India (RNI) has issued a circular asking various competent authorities to get all the registered publications' Circulation Verified as per the new Standard Operating Procedure. RNI has issued the circular to all generals, PIB, CBC to get publication's circulation verified
The circular was addressed to All Additional Director Generals (Regions), Central Bureau of Communications (CBC), All DGs (zone)
The circular also stated that no PIB office will issue an 'under
process certificate' to any publisher w.e.f. 1st January, 2023 except under extraordinarily compelling situations (with reasons to be recorded on file).
