S4 Capital acquires US agencies - Decoded Advertising, Metric Theory

S4 Capital has acquired creative agency Decoded Advertising and data driven performance marketing firm Metric Theory. The terms of the deal were not announced but reports say that the agencies will be paid half in cash and half in S4 Capital shares.

The acquisitions will see Decoded Advertising and Metric Theory merged with S4 Capital's Mediamonks and Mightyhive divisions respectively. Reports indicate that the acquisitions will add 350 people to company's current workforce of 3,400 and add a combined gross profit of $ 70 million in 2020.
