Sachin Kataria resigns from Nykaa

Sachin Kataria has left beauty brand Nykaa. In a Linkedin post, he wrote: “Yesterday was my last day of a 23-month-long journey at Nykaa. What started off as a casual chat between Vikas Gupta and me culminated into the most amazing 23 months of my work life where along with my team we did wonders.” He further added in his post: “I am stepping out to build a wellness-focused consumer brand. For those of you who know me will also know of my passion for wellness & fitness. I hope I can inspire a lot more people to focus on their health through my efforts. If you are passionate about the space - reach out. I am sure we'll find common grounds to work together.”

Most recently Kataria was the VP, Nykaa Pro at Nykaa and was responsible for forming an omni-channel commerce as well as content offering for those professionals working in the beauty industry. As the business head, his responsibilities included driving sales, partnerships, brand sourcing, growth, content, marketing and leading the business development teams. Previously he has worked with Udaan, Unilever, TCS, First Principles. He is an alumnus of the Faculty of Management Studies – University of Delhi and Punjab Engineering College.
