Star Plus to launch a new show

Star Plus - the Hindi entertainment channel - is all set to launch a new daily soap named Tere Mere Sapne from November 4.

Set against the backdrop of a remote village, in north India, Tere Mere Sapne portrays the journey of Sarju (Saurabh Pandey), who is caught in a difficult situation and yet unafraid of exploring new terrain.

Saddled with heavy family debts, he leaves his village to make a living in a city away from his family and the life familiar to him. His wife, Radha (Ekta Tiwari) tends to their home while he journeys far to make a decent living for all of them. This new fiction series will run from Monday to Friday at 8:30 pm.

Meanwhile the other soap running currently at 8:30 pm slot, Sajan Ghar Jaana Hai, will be moved to the 8 pm slot to accommodate the new show. Earlier, the band featured Aap Ki Kachehri, a social-issue based reality show hosted by Kiran Bedi.

The show is conceived by the creative team of Star Plus and produced by Sphere origins.
