Cover Story with Priya Sahgal: Two Wake Up Calls

This weekend, on 'Cover Story'-Two Wake Up Calls, NewsX will feature Sandeep Dixit and Hansraj Bhardwaj of Indian National Congress.  In one-on-one interaction with Senior Executive Producer Priya Sahgal, Dixit says he still stands by his comment that Sonia Gandhi makes the ideal congress chief. He also explains his statement saying he has nothing against Rahul Gandhi however this is not the right time to regime change.

On the second half of the show, catch Hansraj Bharadwaj as he questions the coterie of touts and brokers around the congress leadership and speaks out his grievances for being forced to resign as Law Minister. While lashing out at Jairam Ramesh he quotes him an assistant to ministers, than a leader.  He also raises question about Rahul’s leadership and names Priyanka Gandhi Vadra as his ideal choice for the top job.

Art Talk to feature Pundole Auction

This weekend, Art Talk covers the Pundole auction in Mumbai. The auction displayed the works of top Modern artists like Gaitonde, Hussain and Padamsee along with Mughal miniature paintings that went under the hammer and got record breaking sales. NewsX Senior Executive Producer Jujhar Singh speaks to auctioneer Mallika Advani, Pundoles owner Dadiba Pundole and art expert Rob Dean and shows us the art and the glimpses of the auction.
