Tribes appoints Arpan Jain as the Chief Creative Officer

Prior to this role, Arpan was the National Creative Director at VMLY&R Commerce, a WPP group agency. As a member of VMLY&R Commerce's Global Creative Council, he played a pivotal role in global creative transformations. Under his leadership, VMLY&R Commerce India achieved significant recognition, placing 7th place in Asia's Top Agencies list at the Cannes Lions festival. Ranked among the Top 20 Most Awarded Creative Leaders in Asia, Arpan is known for his 'think big, dive deep, and roll up your sleeves' approach. With over two decades of experience, Arpan has delivered industry-defining work across various mediums, including mainstream advertising, experiential, shopper, rural, OOH, and digital, for iconic brands. He has been the creative force behind path-breaking work for brands like Unilever, Mondelez, Audi, Volkswagen, Google, Star Plus, Hotstar, Star Sports, Nutralite, Nerolac, Asian Paints, ITC cigarettes, Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Pepsi, and many more. As an award-winning creative, his projects have received over 200 awards, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio, One Show, LIA, NYF, Spikes Asia, Adfest, Effies, WARC, Kyoorius, Dragons of Asia, and Abbys amongst others. Some of his recent accomplishments include winning a Gold Lion in the hot Creative Commerce category at Cannes Lions 2022 for Unilever’s 'Smart Fill'. It also earned a Silver and a Bronze Lion, along with three shortlist recognitions. Furthermore, in 2021, his work 'Hackwashing' for Lifebuoy was awarded a Bronze Lion at Cannes Lions in the Health and Wellness category, and it received six shortlist acknowledgments.
