TV Show Review | Honge Juda Na Hum: Impressive romance, disappointing first look

Sony Entertainment’s new offering on the block is a dramatic love story filled with dramas and emotions Honge Juda Na Hum. The show replaces Saas Bina Sasural which was a family drama.

While the promos seemed impressive, the first episode seemed disappointing on the story presentation front. Though RaQesh Vashisth and Amna Sharif playing Rohan and Muskaan touched the emotional nerves of the audiences with impressive performances, the same audiences were left guessing as to ‘what is happening in the show’! The camera work looks neat, while the outdoor scenes look a little manipulated. But a commercial break would give the audiences a breather from the romance and drama.

The opening scene of the show looked a little over – the – top with the cops entering a couple fight on the streets of Mumbai. Muskaan’s birthday scene seemed too larger than life for a television story and so was Deepshika’s entry in the show.

The strength of the show lies in the background music and the male leads heart – touching acting skills. Aamna could do better with less make-up and being more natural and convincing in her performances.

Team Adgully gives new romantic saga on television Honge Judaa Na Hum 2 stars out of 5. We only hope that the story and the chemistry gets more clear and better as the show progresses. | By Ankita Tanna [ankita(at)adgully.com]
