Upasana Naithani joins Wunderman Thompson as Chief Strategy Director & VP

Upasana Naithani has recently assumed the role of Chief Strategy Director and Vice President at Wunderman Thompson. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Account Management at Dentsu Creative and held the position of Associate Vice President at Dentsu Webchutney. Naithani began her career as a Customer Care Executive at vCustomer and later took on the role of Summer Trainee at Asian Paints.

Her professional journey includes diverse roles such as Research Assistant and Experience Manager at BrandInvest AG, Business Analyst at IRealities Group, and a stint in the Marketing (Digital) division of Reliance Retail. Notably, she held the position of Business Head – Digital at Infectious Advertising. Her experience also encompasses roles like Senior Account Director at Flying Cursor Interactive and Senior Business Manager at VML.

Naithani's earlier positions involved being an Account Director, Account Manager, and Account Executive at BC Web Wise. She pursued an MBA with a focus on Marketing and Finance at IIPM, and she also pursued studies at Cambridge Judge Business School.
